Policies

Payments
A $30.00 deposit is required to hold the requested day and time of your programs. Make checks payable to “TLC Recycles” and mail to the company address. TLC Recycles will mail an invoice for the remaining balance before your program date. The balance is due in full on or before the last day TLC Recycles delivers scheduled programs at your location. Payments later than 30 days after your programs are delivered are subject to a 2% late fee.

Rescheduling
TLC Recycling will make every effort to reschedule classes upon request. If program dates are rescheduled within one (1) week prior to the scheduled program(s) start date, the customer agrees to forfeit their deposit as a rescheduling fee. No forfeiture of deposit is necessary if rescheduling is due to inclement weather, emergency or health considerations.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel a program up to four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled program(s) start date without penalty. If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the scheduled program(s), the customer agrees to forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee. If classes are canceled due to school closings, TLC Recycles will work with the customer to reschedule once schools reopen.

Privacy
TLC Recycles has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to TLC Recycles is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. TLC Recycles will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
